Net Zero Hour was born out of a deep realization: achieving net zero emissions is the cornerstone of building a healthier, more resilient world.
The Initiation also known as Sustainability Hour permantentaly Net Zero, It recognizes the urgent need to embed climate action into healthcare and beyond.
The initiative was formally launched in 2024 in Dubai, during the landmark 10th IHW Summit, attended by leading health sector pioneers from India and the UAE
The inaugural platform brought together public health leaders, ESG champions, hospital innovators, and policy influencers from both nations,
sparking a dialogue that reflected a shared commitment to climate-resilient healthcare systems and sustainable innovation.
While its roots lie in the healthcare industry, the vision for Net Zero Hour is far more ambitious.
It seeks to extend the conversation beyond hospitals—into boardrooms, classrooms, factories, & communities fostering a culture of accountability
and collective action for a net zero future.
