Brajesh Singh

Brajesh Singh is a seasoned business leader, board advisor, and management consultant currently associated with Arthur D. Little as a Senior Board Advisor (previously President – India). With nearly three decades of cross-sector leadership experience, he is recognized for driving business transformation, infrastructure development, digital innovation, and strategic growth across industries including energy, utilities, telecommunications, infrastructure, consumer businesses, and the public sector.

Over the course of his career, Singh has held senior executive and board-level leadership positions with several leading Indian and multinational organizations, including the Essel-Zee Group, American Tower Corporation, Tata Communications, Bharti Airtel, and Torrent Group. His extensive operational experience spans power, water, gas distribution, telecom, retail, and digital infrastructure, enabling him to lead large-scale transformation initiatives and manage culturally diverse, high-performing teams across complex business environments.

At Arthur D. Little, one of the world’s oldest management consulting firms, he has advised governments, global corporations, investors, and infrastructure organizations on strategy, digital transformation, sustainability, infrastructure modernization, and investment opportunities. His consulting expertise encompasses infrastructure, energy transition, telecommunications, healthcare, consumer markets, and public sector transformation, helping organizations navigate disruptive technologies and evolving market dynamics.

Beyond his consulting responsibilities, Singh serves as an independent board advisor to digital infrastructure companies, startups, and private equity firms, while also contributing to policy and investment initiatives. He is the Vice Chair of the India–Uzbekistan Investment Corridor, an invited member of the Harvard Square Leadership Program, and an Adjunct Professor at O.P. Jindal Global University, reflecting his commitment to fostering international collaboration, leadership development, and academic engagement.

Academically, he is an Economics graduate and an alumnus of XLRI Jamshedpur, complemented by executive training in entrepreneurship from the Entrepreneurship Development Institute of India, Ahmedabad. Outside the corporate world, Brajesh Singh is an accomplished wildlife photographer and passionate advocate for environmental conservation. He works closely with forest departments and tribal communities on wildlife conservation, education, skill development, and sustainable livelihood initiatives, demonstrating his belief that business leadership must be accompanied by meaningful social and environmental responsibility.
